SIGNALING ENGINEER

Main Duties:

Maintenance Activities PM, CN & NCW.

Execution of maintenance and repair activities of the relevant equipment according to work plan and maintenance manuals.

Responsibility for the quality of the work of his crew.

Job Function:

Acting as team leader assistance and conducting the PM & CM as per work requirements.

Working Time:

Shift work if applicable / on-call for the resolution of major incidents & PM Schedule.

Reports to:

Area Team Leader & Maintenance Manager.

Supervisory Duties:

Supervises technicians and workers

Tools, Equipment, Machinery, Vehicles, Operated/Used:

Computer and MS-Office skills

Tools including special tools, equipment and machines used for repairs and maintenance within the maintenance section.

Responsibility for Safety:

Responsibility for the safety of the work of his subordinates and the used equipment and tools.

Following the applicable safety rules, regulations and procedures.

Special Requirement (Protective Clothing Etc.)

Safety shoes, protective clothing.

Additional protective equipment according to the requirements of the safety rules & regulations.

Physical Attributes (General Physical Characteristics)

Is in good physical condition.

Meets the requirements of fitness.

Proficiency (Education, Experience)

Has a bachelor's degree in an appropriate technical field and three years of work experience.

Has experience in Siemens Signaling System (Signals, Axle Counter, ETCS, Level Crossing SIMIC & Point Machines) working with Siemens projects and preferably in the public transportation business & basic knowledge in Power.
