About The Job

You will be positively impacting the life of one child with different behavioral, neurodevelopmental, and emotional challenges, aiming to foster his emotional and social health through integrated psychology programs.

As a School Integration Teacher, you will be working with one child on a full-time basis during school hours in an international school to integrate the child into the mainstream classroom and support the development of his/her social and emotional competencies to become an integrated member of their community.

What You Can Expect as a School Integration Teacher at CIPPO:

  • Support in developing the child's skill set utilizing academic support and games with the use of behavioral modification strategies and evidence-based interventions.
  • Collaborate with parents, learning support units, school counselors, practitioners, and therapists to unite all efforts toward the child's well-being.
  • Modify curriculum and instructional materials to accommodate the child's learning abilities and needs with the support of our training programs and online sessions.
  • Send daily reports to the parents on the progress made and areas of improvement.
  • Develop a strong and fun relationship with the child you are working with.

  • Your Areas of Knowledge and Expertise that Matter Most for This Role:

    • Passionate, energetic, and empathetic individual with excellent communication skills!
    • Laser-focused on delivering an exceptional experience, you're the kind of self-starter who goes the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. Your independent spirit and can-do attitude will be an asset.
    • Armed with top-notch research skills and a knack for creative problem-solving, you'll seamlessly apply innovative methods to achieve incredible results. Your boundless curiosity and intellectual rigor will elevate the learning experience.
    • At least 3 years of experience with children in an educational or psychological setting.
    • C1 to C2 English proficiency.
    • ABA, RBT, PGcert, or specialized courses in relevant fields (psychology, education, etc.).
    • Resident in Cairo, Egypt.
