Job Description
Manage contractor payments and ensure timely disbursement according to contractual agreements.
Coordinate with site engineers in purchasing material and equipment needed for project operations.
Collect and review invoices, receipts, and other financial documents from project sites.
Maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
Prepare financial reports and statements for management review.
Conduct regular audits of financial processes to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts for project sites.
Collaborate with headquarters accounting team to reconcile site accounts and resolve any discrepancies.
Provide support during internal and external audits as required.
Desired Candidate Profile
Profile:
Bachelor's degree in accounting.
Work experience as an Accountant in construction industry.
Knowledge of Egyptian accounting regulations and practices.
Proficient in Excel
Experience from 5 to 7 year.
Experience in the Construction Sector is a must 3 year minimum
Communication skills - written and verbal English is requirement
Kowledge of tax insurance lows
Attention to detail and accuracy
Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices
