Site Engineer

Job Description

Being at the site to follow up on the execution of the construction in terms of quality, time, and cost.

Review and approve the imported materials to the site and ensure they align with the approved materials.

Responsible for all IRs, submittals, and approvals on site.

Responsible for reviewing construction drawings before & while executing.

Manage day-to-day site progress and coordinate with different parties to ensure timely execution.

Monitor and assess construction quality, conduct regular inspections, and implement corrective measures to maintain high standards and minimize defects or deficiencies.

Resolve day-to-day site issues.

Organize materials and ensure sites are safe and clean.

Job Requirements

BS in Civil Engineering or Architecture.

Total years of experience 3 -5 years is a must.

Proven working experience in civil works and interior finishing.

Project management and supervision skills.

Visualization software such as AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.

Strong negotiation communication and interpersonal skills.
