SITE ENGINEER - should have minimum 4-5 years related experience either UAE or home country- Need to Plan and execute civil structural and finishing work ( SPECIALLY) as per the approved drawing, Monitor site operations and determine the work progress and get required approvals from QA/QC/consultant/client for the construction activities as per the project requirements and the specifications
Ensure and Track job progress, schedules, budgets, and staffing as per the estimate and plan and need to Control all the Quality, cost & time functioning in construction activities.- Responsible for planning, monitoring and suggesting control for all the resources and timely Raise the purchase Orders for materials and equipment.
Assign & monitor that all tasks assigned individually to the team and Ensure that are completed as planned, on schedule
- Manage and supervise day-to-day construction activities at the construction site, including scheduling and supervision of subcontractors, and oversight of material deliveries
Prepare monthly/weekly reports in terms of progress of different activities at site. & assist in Preparing monthly reports for cost analysis, including material quantities, labor hours, equipment inventories- Checking of bills/invoices from contractors including material reconciliation.
Report and get approval to revise project plans when work needs to be adjusted as per site condition
- Maintain accurate records of all site-related documentation with photographs
Maintain the good working conditions with the Quality & safety.- Following HIRADC and maintaining 100% safety in work by coordinating with HSE departments and by conducting tool box meeting
Identify and mitigate potential hazards of the site and takes care of the necessary permits
