Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Site Engineer-Civil to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in civil engineering and construction projects in the Gulf region. You will be responsible for ensuring that all construction projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of construction projects, including planning, design, budgeting, and scheduling
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project requirements are met
- Oversee and supervise construction crews and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
- Monitor progress and provide regular updates to project stakeholders
- Identify and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during construction
- Ensure that all work is completed to the highest quality standards
- Prepare and submit progress reports and other documentation as required
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field
- 2-5 years of experience in civil engineering and construction projects in the Gulf region
- Strong technical knowledge of civil engineering principles and practices
- Proficient in AutoCAD and other engineering software
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
