Civil Engineering urgently needed with 1-2 years UAE experienced
- G+12 municipality license holder, can join immediately
Qualifications:
- Good verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English, knowledge in Arabic language is a plus.
- Minimum of 1 year previous experience in contracting and building consultancy in UAE is required.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in computer applications, including MS Office.
- To be able to Review Reports, Structural Models, and Structural Drawings and details including Foundation Drawings.
- Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Within UAE Residence / Tourist Visa / Own Visa are welcome to apply
Responsibilities:
- Designing and overseeing the construction of projects from start to finish
- Preparing and approving project plans, specifications, and cost estimates
- Conducting site visits to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety regulations
- Managing and coordinating with contractors, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders.
- To coordinate with in house Technical Site Team for all the Projects of the Group.
- Providing technical guidance and support to project teams
- Resolving any construction-related issues or disputes that may arise at Site as well as in the documentation.
- Monitoring project progress and ensuring timely completion within budget
- Performing quality control inspections and ensuring adherence to quality standards
- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices
- Walk in Interview everyday between 2:00pm-5:00pm ( Monday-Saturday)
