Job Responsibilities:
- Reporting to the concerned project head
- Supervision of sites, workers, project cost control. Procurement and material availability on site for smooth functioning and ensuring timely completion of the project.
- Reading the drawings in detail and must be able to handle the fit-out job even on a time constraint.
- Supervise the work of subcontractors and provide the necessary guidance to ensure the quality of workmanship.
- Prepare the target schedule on a daily basis as per approved program schedule and further explain to the subcontractors to follow on a daily task.
- Study the construction drawings and provide the feedback to site management.
- Monitor and correct the defects of subcontractor.
- Assist the site manager to take the site survey and site setting.
- Proper coordination with subcontractors, designers and client on site.
- Checking labor movement and allocation of workers on daily basis.
- Keeping safety norms at site to the companys standard and as minimum to regulatory requirements.
- Checking of the workers over time and reporting to the Project engineer / project manager/ operations head.
- Responsible to handle multiple projects and having an eye for finer details with completion certificate for legal closure of projects.
- Ensure timely check of contractors, vendors bill and internal coordination of their payments.
- Resource, Plan, execute and complete the major works according to the clients requirements and constraint.
- Taking site measurement with designers, engineer for new enquiry.
- Responsible for handling gypsum patrician works, celling works, different types of flooring wall finishes, steel fabrication works, aluminum cladding, etc.
- Responsible for detailed study of execution drawings and material requisition to be given to the purchase department.
- To supervise projects and execution of works a site as and when required.
- To maintain the daily manpower report and submit on weekly basis to project head.
- To achieve the project time-line work should be completed with available material and manpower resources and maximum quality.
