Responsible for the company's daily administrative management tasks, including but not limited to the procurement, maintenance, and updating of office supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure a clean, safe, and efficient working environment;
Involved in the full cycle of human resources management, including the development and implementation of recruitment strategies, interviewing, hiring, training, management of employee benefits, and handling of termination procedures;
Manage employee records, ensuring information is accurate, complete, and updated promptly, as well as responsible for overseeing attendance records and the calculation of salaries and wages;
Assist in developing and promoting the company's human resources policies and procedures, working closely with legal advisors to ensure compliance and timely updates;
Organize and plan employee training, team building, and cultural activities to improve employee satisfaction and team cohesion.
Job Requirements:
Tertiary education or above, with preference given to candidates majoring in human resources management, administrative management, or related fields;
At least three years of relevant work experience, with preference given to candidates who have worked in large or multinational companies;
A deep understanding of national labor laws and human resources management practices, with excellent communication and coordination skills, problem-solving abilities, and a team spirit;
Proficient in using office software (such as Office Suite, human resource management systems, etc.) and possesses strong document processing and data analysis skills;
Good English communication skills, able to communicate fluently and draft documents in English.
