Report to Project Manager- Overall planning, coordinating site activities, site management & budgeting
Monitor work progress and quality control
- Plan ahead on construction material, machineries equipment and tools for site use
Liaise and follow up with consultants, sub-contractors and local authorities- Monitor sub-contractors performance and progress of works and claims.
Ensure all the works are carried out in accordance to the drawings, specifications, construction plan, procedures, work instruction & etc
- Lead and motivate site team members, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
