Job Responsibilities:- Oversee and coordinate construction activities onsite, with a particular focus on architectural tasks.
Ensure that all work adheres strictly to specifications, maintaining high standards of craftsmanship and adhering to scheduled timelines.- Manage resources, including materials and equipment, to guarantee compliance with purchase orders upon delivery to the site.
Participate in site meetings to verify that all work aligns with drawings, specifications, construction plans, procedures, and work instructions.
- Supervise and direct subcontractors onsite to ensure coordinated project execution.
Maintain accurate records by diligently preparing and submitting daily site diaries, measurements, and progress reports.- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Any other duties assigned by the Superior and/or the Management.
Must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Have a working experience in the related filed for this position especially in structure project.
Excellent time management organization and focus on ability to priorities and multitask, with ability to focus on detail.
