STRICTLY FOR SITE SUPERVISORS WITH 2-4 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN FIT-OUT / INTERIOR FIELD- Responsible for supervising Workers and monitoring their output ensuring project targets are achieved.
Supervision and coordination of site personnel and subcontractors
- Reporting of all relevant site activities and managing the quality of work performed
Oversee and manage Health and Safety under the guidance of HSE officer- Ensure site works are being performed in accordance to policies and plans
Receive and review shop drawings fit for site works
- Preparation of Daily Project Timeline, Materials and labour schedules Report.
Any other duties as directed by the Project Engineer
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering- Minimum of 2- 4 years of experience in interior fit-out project management in the UAE.
Strong knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and permit requirements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven leadership abilities with a track record of successfully managing diverse project teams.- Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and under pressure.
- Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
