DAN Group is seeking a skilled Site Supervisor(interior, construction) to join our team and lead the integration of our service range into cutting-edge projects across the city!
Qualification- High school diploma or equivalent
Experience- 5-7 years Interior fit out, Civil/MEP ( UAE )
Salary range - AED 2500 to AED 3000
Accomodation, Vehicle, Sim card will be provided
Job Description
- Responsible for the supervision of all site works, including Labour force, quality control and coordination with clients and management
- Must be able to understand drawings & details, material finishes, Site requirements and high attention to detail
- Manage and review designs in coordination with technical standards.
-Should be able to perform setting-out plans as per approved drawings
- Material and manpower planning and management
- Should be able to work with a high accuracy and handle the workplace requirements efficiently
- Responsible for all joinery fit outs
- Planning of work & proper reporting by prepare daily and weekly progress reports
- Supervise teams of technicians
- Directly reporting to site Engineer
- Good understanding of project control with respect to Quality and Time management
- Site Inspection and preparing BOQ
- Honest, discipline, self-motivated and hardworking
- Site protection/Safety work environment to be monitored.
