Job Title: Site Supervisor- Must have UAE Driver's license
Site Management:
- Supervise and oversee day-to-day operations on construction sites.
Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, architects, and other stakeholders.
Team Leadership:
- Lead, manage, and motivate site workers and subcontractors.
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations.
- Provide on-site training and mentoring to team members.
Quality Control:
- Monitor and inspect all work to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
Identify and address any issues or discrepancies promptly.
Manage and allocate resources efficiently, including materials, equipment, and labor.- Maintain accurate records of site activities, progress, and inventory.
Communication:- Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to provide updates and address any concerns.
Prepare and present reports on project status, including progress, challenges, and solutions.Problem-Solving:
Identify potential issues and implement effective solutions to mitigate risks and delays.
- Handle any on-site emergencies or conflicts with professionalism and efficiency.
Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety protocols.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
Proficiency in using project management software and tools.- Valid UAE drivers license.
Flexibility to travel to various project sites across the UAE.
Diploma, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in site supervision.
* Certification in site supervision or project management (preferred).
