JOB RESPONSIBILITY: Inspection of the construction process to make sure that all materials and procedures comply with the plan and specifications.
Perform routine inspection by following thus position
Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) of site visitation. Perform to QC site before installation, first day of installation, during installation, and last day of installation.
Closely follow inspection guidelines/ Site Inspection Check List to perform a variety of complex/ critical inspection procedures and produce reports.
Act as liaison between Operation Teams, Sales Technical Consultant, and all other sales person.
Create the milestone and liaise with other sub-con and supplier to make sure job done on time.
Perform routine inspection with follow up tightly in the defect installation, to perform daily defect report and act as liaison between Sales Department and Operation Department.
Arrange and fetch the worker to the site or allocate the jobs accordingly.
Purchase hardware or accessories while needed urgently.
To perform the jobs delegate by Superior/ Companys Management from time to time.
Requirements:
Candidate to possess at least a Professional Certificate/Diploma in Civil/Structural Engineering/Building and Construction
Minimum 1-2 years working experience
Computer literate
Able to work independently, proactive and self-motivated
Able to study drawings, plans and specifications
Have a basic knowledge in AutoCad, MS Office
