As a Site Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and efficiency of our ready-mix concrete production at various job sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inspections of job sites to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Monitor and maintain equipment and machinery used for ready-mix concrete production.
- Troubleshoot and repair any mechanical or technical issues that may arise during production.
- Coordinate with project managers and site supervisors to ensure timely delivery of concrete to job sites.
- Conduct tests and analyze data to ensure the quality of the concrete meets industry standards.
- Train and supervise junior technicians and other production staff.
- Maintain accurate records of production data, equipment maintenance, and testing results.
- Communicate with clients and address any concerns or issues related to the production process.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent, technical certification preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in ready-mix concrete production.
- Strong knowledge of concrete production processes and equipment.
- Experience with troubleshooting and repairing mechanical and technical issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and protocols.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
