Who We're Looking For
We are seeking a skilled Sitecore Web Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and maintaining websites using Sitecore CMS. You will be responsible for implementing Sitecore solutions, customizing components, and ensuring a seamless and efficient web experience.
What You'll Be Doing
- Develop, customize, and maintain Sitecore-based websites and applications.
- Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure the site's functionality and aesthetic align with client needs and project goals.
- Implement Sitecore best practices for site architecture, performance, and security.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Sitecore-related issues and bugs.
- Create and manage Sitecore templates, layouts, and components.
- Integrate Sitecore with other systems and third-party services as required.
- Perform regular site maintenance, including updates and patches.
- Optimize web performance and ensure compatibility across various devices and browsers.
- Assist in training and supporting users and stakeholders on Sitecore functionalities.
What you'll need:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience with Sitecore CMS, including Sitecore 9 or later versions.
- Strong proficiency in ASP.NET, C#, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with Sitecore development tools and features such as Sitecore Experience Manager, Sitecore Experience Platform, and Sitecore Experience Database.
- Knowledge of Sitecore Helix architecture and best practices.
- Familiarity with SQL Server and Sitecore's data storage mechanisms.
- Experience with version control systems like Git.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Sitecore certification (e.g., Sitecore Developer Certification) is a plus.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and web analytics tools.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
