About the Role:

As the Sitefinity CMS Technical Specialist, you will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and enhancing the Sitefinity platform to deliver an exceptional user experience for both content creators and site visitors. You'll collaborate with developers, designers, content creators, and other key stakeholders to ensure the CMS is running smoothly and meeting business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Sitefinity CMS Administration: Manage the CMS platform, including user accounts, roles, permissions, workflows, and content settings to ensure smooth operation.

Support & Training: Provide hands-on support and training for internal teams, promoting best practices for CMS usage and ensuring users are empowered to maximize its functionality.

Collaboration Across Teams: Work closely with developers, designers, content creators, and other stakeholders to implement new features and ensure consistent site performance.

Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve technical issues related to Sitefinity functionality, plugins, customizations, and integrations.

What Our Client is Looking For:

• 8 - 12 years of total IT experience
• 5 years of experience with Sitefinity CMS tool
• Strong experience with administration and configuration with Sitefinity CMS
• Proven ability to troubleshoot, optimize, and resolve CMS-related issues
• A collaborative team player with excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and proactively to support internal teams
• A keen eye for detail and a problem-solving mindset
