The Skilled Trainer & Evaluation Analyst shall:
a) Monitor the development and execution of routine Evaluation programs and projects in assigned area.
b) Provides professional expertise in assigned area for major projects. Writes program objectives, establishes criteria for program evaluation, design program structure, develops instruction instruments and monitors programs.
c) Performs research and analysis activities such as training quality.
d) Provides advice and consultation to subordinate personnel in organization, as required.
e) Examines skills effectively, assess the mentees ability to safely and correctly perform required job activities to predetermined standards of competency.
f) Responds to varying situations during the evaluation process, provide on-job evaluation objectively and quality control, and performs other training related duties assigned by Supervisor.
g) Ensures quality of evaluation process for each Job Task Standards at Employees job site.
h) Develops technical documents and prepares presentations for the organization.
i) Researches, analyzes all writes studies, data collection, performance tracking and analytical duties.
j) Remains updated on new developments in the Oil and Gas industry and Saudi Aramco training trends to adjust with the latest requirements.
k) Develop curriculum for UR organization technical courses including but not limited to manuals, presentations and/or journal report.
l) Develop technical training materials (Illustrations picture, diagrams, drawings etc.).
m) Evaluate delivered courses to be aligned with the competency map.
n) Prepare and collect case history to be injected in relevant courses.
o) Develop training competency matrix and map for targeted UR department.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering in a related field such as, Mechanical, Electrical, Operations, Industrial, Chemical, Safety, etc., as acceptable to Saudi Aramco, with a over twelve (12) years Oil and Gas experience in training, or education related to function or equivalent skills, OR:
b. Associate Diploma holder or less must have minimum of eight (8) years Oil and Gas experience in training, or education related to function or equivalent skills.
c. Minimum three (3) years field service/plant experience, preferably, supervising in the related field.
d. Trained as Assessor & Evaluator and certified by Saudi Aramco or any other credible and recognized assessment authority. Focus on relevant skills and competencies in area of job certifications (Craft).
e. Should be willing to drive and perform duties at remote field location or Rig Site with variable work schedules.
f. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with young employees.
g. Excellent command of English language.
h. Basic Microsoft Office capabilities for report writing purposes.
i. Experience in developing training manuals and curriculum
