Job Purpose: At Emirates our Skills Development team as part of wider Learning and Talent is responsible for ensuring we are experts in modern learning design, development and facilitation. The team contributes to the delivery of impactful and engaging learning solutions in professional and leadership skills for employees across The Emirates Group.
The Skills Development Partner (Language Skills) provides strategic support to the business in the design, development and delivery of business critical, English language learning solutions aligned to Emirates Group values and the employee experience.
In this role, you will;
Generic
Support Strategic Business Partners, Talent Optimisation and Organisational Effectiveness in the creation and implementation of solutions to address critical and strategic business needs.
Facilitate dynamic experiences through both digital and traditional delivery of learning solutions.
Collaborate with Digital Experience Production team to seek digital integration in new and revised solution output.
Deliver a learning experience which meets Emirates Group standard as set out by Learning Experience Standards.
Engage in opportunities to continually strengthen facilitation skills.
Curate dynamic, digitally focused strategic learning paths.
Create and promote social learning solutions and advocate a learning culture in the Group.
Apply Experience Analytics and Evaluation guidelines in consistently mapping impact and measurement tools in all solutions.
Continually seek opportunities to enhance business acumen (coordinated by the Strategic Business Partners, Strategic Solutions Lead and Experience Deployment Lead).
Work cross-functionally across the Learning and Talent portfolio to deliver mission-driven solutions to the business.
Specific to Language Skills Training
Design and deliver EFL curriculum aligned to Business and Emiratisation strategy requirements
Design and administer EFL assessment tools in support of EK Group recruitment
Qualifications & Experience: To be considered for the role, you must meet the below requirements;
Bachelor's Degree or Honours with 5+ years in Human Resources/ Training
Minimum Bachelor level qualification, preferably in a related field Specific to Language Skills Training
DELTA (Diploma in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages) or equivalent
Progressive experience in a people development role Experience in design and facilitation of strategically aligned learning solutions
Specific to Language Skills
Training 5+ years of experience in the design and delivery of Business EFL curriculum, including the design, administration, and analysis of EFL assessments.
Knowledge/skills:
