Job Description

Summary:

As an SMB Account Manager specializing in Microsoft Cloud Solutions, you will be responsible for building and expanding strategic relationships with SMB clients. Your main goal will be to drive the adoption of Microsoft Cloud solutions and identify opportunities for upsell and cross-sell within your account portfolio. You will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them realize the value of Microsoft Cloud technologies and fostering long-term partnerships.

About the Position:

In this role, you will develop and implement account strategies, cultivate strong client relationships, understand business objectives, and align Microsoft Cloud solutions to address client needs. As the main point of contact for client interactions, you'll collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and provide strategic advice based on industry trends.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

oDevelop and execute tailored account strategies to drive revenue growth for Microsoft Cloud solutions within assigned SMB accounts.

oBuild and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-suite executives, IT leaders, and business decision-makers.

oUnderstand client business goals, challenges, and priorities, ensuring Microsoft Cloud solutions align with their evolving needs.

oServe as the primary contact for client inquiries, escalations, and service requests, ensuring timely resolutions and high customer satisfaction.

oLead clients in their digital transformation journeys by advising them on how Microsoft Cloud solutions can optimize their operations, increase agility, and enhance business efficiency.

oProvide regular forecasts, reports, and updates on account performance, pipeline development, and revenue growth to internal leadership teams.

oWork closely with internal teams, such as presales, solution architects, project managers, and technical engineers, to provide a seamless end-to-end customer experience.

oProactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize revenue growth.

oLead contract negotiations, ensuring favorable terms for both clients and the company.

oCoordinate with Ctelecoms finance, legal, and procurement teams to ensure all client dealings and contracts are in alignment with internal processes and policies.

oIdentify and mitigate risks within your accounts, such as potential churn, by addressing client concerns proactively and maintaining high levels of engagement.

oConduct regular business reviews and budget discussions with clients, providing insights, recommendations, and value-added services.

oAbility to assess client needs, identify challenges, and propose comprehensive Microsoft cloud-based solutions that drive efficiency, productivity, and innovation.

oWork with Microsoft Saudi Account Executives and third-party vendors to collaborate on mutual opportunities and enhance the overall solution offering for clients, driving additional value from Microsoft Cloud services.

oStay informed of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies within the Microsoft Cloud ecosystem, offering clients strategic advice based on market insights.

Qualification (Education/Work Experience):

oBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

oProven success in account management or client relationship roles, with 3 years of experience in the cloud computing sector.

oStrong understanding of cloud computing principles, particularly Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS), and Software as a Service (SaaS).

oStrong business acumen and the ability to articulate how technology solutions impact client business outcomes.

oExceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build credibility and rapport with a diverse range of stakeholders.

oExcellent problem-solving skills.

oResults-driven approach with a focus on customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.

oProficiency in Microsoft Products, including Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Azure.

oWillingness to travel 30% within the assigned region.

oExperience with customer relationship management tools like Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics to manage account data, track opportunities, and produce accurate sales forecasts.

oA minimum of 3 years of experience in cloud solution sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, particularly in the context of Microsoft Cloud solutions.

  • Recommended: Relevant foundational certifications such as Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) or Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (MS-900) are required.
