Role Title: SOC Manager (OT-Operational Technology)

Work Location: Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates

Experience: 8+ Years

Responsibilities:

• Strong Cybersecurity expertise proficiency in cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST, IEC 62443) and relevant GRC standards and regulations.
• Strong knowledge of OT systems, protocols (e.g., SCADA, DCS).
• Make sure the cyber security strategy is in alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
• Lead and supervise a team of OT security analysts, incident responders, and engineers.
• Establish and maintain the OT SOC, overseeing continuous monitoring, analysis, and response to security events and alerts within OT Environment.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively manage teams and collaborate across departments.
• Strong knowledge of OT systems, protocols (e.g., SCADA, DCS), and associated security challenges.
• Proficiency in cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST, IEC 62443) and relevant GRC standards and regulations.
• Good understanding of the Purdue model, Proficient in Incident Management and Response, handling escalations.
• In-depth knowledge of security concepts such as OT cyber-attacks and techniques, threat vectors, risk management, incident management, Purdue model, MITRE attack framework, etc.
• Very good at various tools like SIEM, SSL, Packet Analysis, HIPS/NIPS, Network Monitoring tools, Remedy, Service Now Ticketing Toolset Web Security, AV, UBEA, Advanced SOC.
• Responsible for working in a 24x7 Security Operation Center (SOC) environment.
• Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
• Good training, communication, presentation, and practical skills.
• Communicate effectively by contributing significantly to the development and delivery of a variety of written and visual documents for diverse audiences.

Certification:

Any CEH/CHFI, CISM/CISSP, CAPM/ CompTIA Project+, GICSP Certification is preferred, CRISC.
