Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Account Manager. The Social Media Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing our clients social media accounts, creating engaging content, building and implementing social media strategies, monitoring and analyzing social media performance, and staying up-to-date with industry trends.

Qualifications requirements

• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and tools
• Experience in managing social media accounts for brands
• Ability to create compelling and engaging content
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical skills to track and measure social media performance
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects
• Knowledge of digital marketing and advertising strategies
• Experience in graphic design is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field

Requirements

• Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager or relevant role
• Solid experience MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
• Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
• Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
