The Role:
Are you a social media whiz with a knack for building relationships and driving engagement As our Social Media Account Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in developing and executing winning social media campaigns for our diverse portfolio of clients across various industries. You'll be the bridge between our clients and the ever-evolving world of social media, ensuring their brand voice resonates and thrives online.
Responsibilities:
- Manage assigned social media accounts (e.g.,, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, etc.) for a variety of clients.
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with client goals and objectives.
- Create engaging and culturally relevant social media content (text, images, videos) that resonates with target audiences in the Saudi Arabian market.
- Schedule and publish content across various platforms, ensuring consistent brand messaging.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance using relevant metrics and reporting tools.
- Identify and implement social media trends and best practices to optimize campaigns.
- Proactively build relationships with social media influencers relevant to client industries.
- Stay updated on the latest social media algorithms and platform updates.
- Collaborate effectively with the creative team to develop impactful social media visuals.
- Manage client expectations and provide regular performance reports.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in social media management within a marketing agency.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, etc.).
- Strong understanding of social media marketing best practices, including content creation, community management, and social media advertising (preferred).
- Experience working with clients in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor content for diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in social media analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Semtish, Sprout Social, Hootsuite).
- Fluency in Arabic and English, with a strong understanding of the Saudi Arabian social media landscape (highly preferred).
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
- A passion for social media and a keen eye for creative content.
