Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media and Content Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage our social media presence, create engaging content, and produce high-quality graphics, presentations, and videos. This role requires creativity, technical skills, and a deep understanding of various social media platforms.
  • Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:
  • Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms like Instagram, X (formerly Twitter), TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and more.
Create and schedule engaging posts, including copywriting and captions.
  • Monitor and respond to audience engagement, comments, and messages promptly.
Analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies to improve performance and engagement.

Content Creation:
  • Produce and push out high-quality content tailored to each platforms audience.
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in social media and content marketing.

Graphic Design and Multimedia Production:
  • Design eye-catching graphics, infographics, and visual content for social media, website, and other digital platforms.
Create compelling presentations for internal and external use.
  • Produce and edit videos for social media, website, and marketing campaigns.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and graphic design.
Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
  • Strong copywriting and editing skills.
Expertise in graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.).
  • Experience with video production and editing software (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Creative mindset with attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
3-4 years of proven experience in social media management, content creation, and graphic design.
  • Fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken)
Experience in digital marketing and SEO.
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS and website management.
Knowledge of photography and video shooting.
