Key Responsibilities:
- Create engaging, creative, and high-quality social media posts, including images, videos, and written content.
Manage and monitor all company social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram).- Respond to customer inquiries and comments in a timely manner.
Run social media campaigns, including paid ad campaigns, to drive engagement, leads, and sales.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Service departments to ensure brand coherence and effective communication.
Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and Wi-Fi routers.- Troubleshoot software and hardware issues.
Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and network services.
- Regularly update systems, monitor performance, and ensure security.
Administer and maintain Windows servers and Exchange Servers.- Set up equipment for new users.
Skills:- Strong copywriting and editing skills.
