Job Summary
The Social Media Campaign Manager (TikTok & Reels) will be responsible for developing and executing creative and impactful social media campaigns specifically on TikTok and Instagram Reels. This role requires expertise in creating viral content, managing influencer partnerships, and building a team of in-house content creators. The ideal candidate will drive the content strategy and ensure effective engagement and brand growth through innovative and trend-setting campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Campaign Strategy and Execution:
- Design and implement creative social media campaigns focused on TikTok and Instagram Reels to boost brand awareness and engagement.
- Develop a content calendar that aligns with marketing objectives and trends on TikTok and Reels.
- Track and analyze campaign performance to optimize content strategies and drive results.
- Content Creation and Management:
- Oversee the production of high-quality and engaging video content for TikTok and Reels.
- Build and manage a team of in-house content creators to ensure a steady flow of fresh and innovative content.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop content concepts and scripts that resonate with target audiences.
- Influencer and Content Creator Partnerships:
- Identify and engage with influencers and content creators to collaborate on campaigns and enhance brand visibility.
- Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with influencers and content creators.
- Coordinate with influencers and content creators to ensure timely and effective content delivery.
- Market Research and Trend Analysis:
- Conduct research to identify emerging trends and popular content formats on TikTok and Reels.
- Stay updated on platform algorithms and best practices to maximize content reach and engagement.
- Team Leadership and Collaboration:
- Lead and mentor the in-house content creation team, providing guidance and feedback on content production.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment of social media campaigns with overall marketing strategies.
- Budget Management:
- Develop and manage budgets for social media campaigns, including influencer partnerships and content production costs.
- Optimize spending to ensure cost-effective and impactful campaigns.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in social media marketing, with a strong focus on TikTok and Instagram Reels.
- Proven track record of designing and executing successful social media campaigns.
- Experience in managing influencer partnerships and content creators.
- Strong creative and strategic thinking skills with a keen understanding of current social media trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the travel industry or a similar sector.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools and platforms.
