YOUR MISSION
Your main goal will be to elevate Paradox's brand presence to unprecedented heights by scaling content production and ensuring the essence of our brand resonates with both French and global communities.
Our sources of inspiration are Apple, Nike, Disney for their obsession of excelling and having a worldwide impact. You will be playing a pivotal role in making Paradox play at that level.
To do so, here are your responsibilities :
1 - Content Innovation
- Conduct daily monitoring to stay ahead of social media trends.
- Pitch and generate original content ideas daily tailored to each platform specifics
- Deliver precise, actionable feedback to our video editors and designers, using tools like frame.io or Google Drive to give Frame-accurate Comments on videos and visual annotations on images.
2 - Strategic Growth
- Act as the liaison between social media and brand departments, translating team requests into action, prioritizing all requests skillfully and sharing insights in weekly meetings with clarity.
- Craft and follow an ambitious editorial calendar on a quarterly basis, perfectly aligned with our ambitious marketing campaigns.
- Master Metricool and Airtable, turning content performance data into actions, ensuring maximum engagement and reach.
- Identify and implement cutting-edge social media practices to boost our content's reach and facilitate potential collaborations.
3 - Community & Influence
- Foster a vibrant online community, engaging with followers through comments and direct messages.
- Forge meaningful connections with at new influencers or key stakeholders, leveraging these relationships to amplify our message and lead to potential collaborations in our future content (interviews on Youtube for exemple)
4 - Excellence in Execution
- Continuously update our processes to repurpose our best content to maximize its impact.
- Automate monitoring and analysis of industry trends.
- Streamline tasks for efficiency using tools like Make, Airtable, Metricool, Clickup, ChatGPT
