We are a UAE-based full-service advertising agency network that requires an energetic and innovative Junior Social Media Executive (Bilingual - English & Arabic) who will be part of our Social Media team IN ABU DHABI.

You will create content, manage, and monitor the online growth of our clients through various social media channels like Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Instagram, Tik Tok etc.

Responsibilities

Manage social media platforms.

Develop engaging social media strategies.

Create Social Media calendars & Schedule social media posts.

Create brand awareness to gain audience attention.

Respond to comments and inquiries on social media on time.

Monitor social media metrics.

Analyze social media trends.

Coordinate with Copywriters and Graphic Designers.

Requirements

Demonstrate the ability to understand the engagement metrics and KPI's.

Good knowledge of research requirements for social media strategy.

Sound understanding of social media scheduling platforms.

Proofreading and editing skills.

Strong oral and written communication skills.

Good knowledge of paid social media advertising.

Ability to write catchy content.

Excellent ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize them.

In-depth understanding of various social media platforms.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

A keen eye for details.

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degree or master's in communication, multimedia, or related field.

3-5 years experience as a Social Media Executive, or a similar position.

Bilingual (English & Arabic)
