Job Description:
As a Social Media Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing their social media strategy across various platforms to enhance brand awareness, engage their audience, and drive sales. You will work closely with the marketing team to create compelling content that resonates with their target audience and aligns with their brand identity. Your creativity, strategic thinking, and ability to analyze data will be crucial in optimizing our social media presence and achieving their business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand visibility, engagement, and conversions.
- Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, and TikTok, that reflects our brand's tone and values.
- Manage all aspects of social media channels, including content creation, scheduling, publishing, and monitoring.
- Monitor social media trends, industry news, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Engage with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze social media performance, generate insights, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
- Stay up-to-date with best practices, emerging trends, and new technologies in social media marketing.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in social media management, preferably in the beauty or fashion industry.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and trends.
