Social Media Intern

Assist with the design and execution of social media campaigns

• Create weekly and monthly editorial calendars to promote company brands on various social media websites

Create and distribute content such as blogs, infographics, videos and press release on social media

• Track social media engagement to identify high-performing ideas and campaigns for scalability

Perform social media marketing research

• Respond to comments and Direct Messages (DM) on social media platforms

Brainstorm and research ideas for original content

• Create compelling graphics to share across social channels

Write social media captions that speak to the companys target audience

• Help create and edit short-form videos

Develop new strategies for increasing engagement

• Assist with photo or video content shoots

Ensure the consistency of the brand message

• Assist with administrative activities in event planning, management and execution

Undertake other duties and responsibilities, which may be assigned by the Company from time to time with on time full closure

• Job Requirements

Candidate is currently pursuing at least a Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Art/ Mass Communication/ Multimedia/ Business Administration/ Marketing or other related fields

• Duration of internship for a minimum period of 6 months is preferrable

Excellent interpersonal skills and good visual communication skills

• Knowledge of visual design principles and animation

Exceptional editing skills

• Photography and videography editing skills

Computer-literate and proficiency in video/ photo shooting/ video editing

• Clear copywriting skills

Excellent script-writing skills in Chinese and English

• Must be willing to work in Bayan Lepas, Penang
