Job Description

We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Social Lead to join our growing team of Marketing experts. The haus & haus social channels have grown dramatically in the last few years, setting a high industry benchmark for quality and professional content. We are looking for an social media whizz who is passionate about the power of the online space to continue this work, overseeing all social channels across the haus & haus Group.

Working with our Social Specialist and Co-ordinator, and in collaboration with our inhouse production, design and copy teams, the Social Lead will schedule and manage the publishing and creation of content across all channels. They will also ensure that our social channel content aligns with business priorities, as well as meeting or exceeding engagement and cut through to our client audiences.

The Social Lead will also be responsible for the development of the Social Academy an in-house program to train and support our agents to build their own social profiles and use social channels to support their work.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with Marketing Director and Channels team to develop quarterly social channel plans and priorities.
  • Oversee the development of content calendars, ensuring alignment to strategy and optimum

balance of content that is on-brand, highly professional, informative and engaging.

  • Proactively seek out opportunity to enhance social media engagement and results.
  • Work with the Social Specialist and across the inhouse marketing team to create and publish consistently across channels utilising Monday.com to track and manage tasks.
  • Provide training to agents on how to optimise their personal social channels for business purposes whilst still ensuring alignment with overall company brand.
  • As a specialist lead, provide recommendations and proactively seek out opportunity to enhance social media engagement and results.
  • Oversee and collaborate on daily tasks with the Social Specialist and Coordinator.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years experience in related fields of social media and marketing
  • Strong organisation skills, process and system oriented with strong business acumen
  • Experience working in a fast paced, high performance environment, able to execute quickly and manage multiple priorities.
  • Social Advocate able to inspire, innovate and coach others to achieve outcomes via social media.
  • Confident communicator in English, both written and verbal.
