Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Social Media Manager with a proven track record of gaining followers and increasing engagement across various social media platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing effective social media strategies to grow our online community and enhance our brand presence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement social media strategies aimed at increasing followers and engagement.
  • Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written).
  • Optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of the company's social content.
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance using tools like Google Analytics and Facebook Insights.
  • Identify and engage with potential followers, influencers, and brand advocates.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends in social media, including tools and applications, and provide insights on how these can be used to grow our follower base.
  • Develop and manage social media campaigns and day-to-day activities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create a social media calendar.
  • Use data-driven insights to refine social media strategies and achieve growth goals.
  • Engage with followers and respond to queries in a timely manner.
  • Track and report on follower growth and other key metrics.

Requirements and Skills
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a focus on gaining followers.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others.
  • Demonstrable experience in social media growth strategies.
  • Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video).
  • Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics.
  • Experience with social media analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
  • Excellent multitasking and organizational skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in growing social media accounts in E-commerce.
  • Knowledge of social media advertising and promotions.
  • Experience with influencer marketing.
