We see Equiti as a new breed of broker, and we are on the lookout for talented individuals who can perform and excel in a dynamic and innovative working environment Our Marketing department is looking for a Social Media Manager in our office in Dubai

As a Social Media Manager you will be responsible for driving our brand presence and follower growth across various social channels, creating dynamic strategies for our internal brands. This role will report directly to the Head of Brand.

You'll manage campaigns across multiple platforms and collaborate with designers, copywriters, events teams and content creators to deliver engaging, strategic and performance-driven content.

Responsibilities

Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and execute monthly channel-specific BAU content calendars across multiple platforms (TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, Twitter/X, Telegram) for Equiti Group's house of brands.
  • Ensure time-sensitive news and events coverage is posted across relevant channels, occasionally required to brief and manage photographers or external content teams.
  • Design, implement and track innovative comment marketing strategies to drive community engagement and increase brand visibility.
  • Stay updated on paid social media ad policies and financial compliance requirements to safeguard organic social content and ensure no impact on paid spend is triggered.
  • Collaborate closely with designers, copywriters, and content creators to produce engaging, visually appealing, and on-brand content.
  • Align social media efforts with broader company marketing goals, ensuring consistency and a unified brand message across all platforms.

Data-Driven Growth & Optimisation

  • Use analytics and performance data via tools such as Meta dashboards and Hootsuite to optimise content strategies and achieve ambitious follower growth and engagement targets.
  • Analyse social media performance reports monthly and quarterly to identify opportunities for improvement and
  • adjust strategies that drive growth through data metrics and a deep understanding of social media ecosystem.
  • Monitor social media trends, emerging tools, and best practices to keep Equiti's social presence cutting-edge and regularly share inspiration with internal teams.
  • Track competitor activity and capitalise on opportunities to differentiate Equiti brands in the digital space.

  • Proactively engage with online audiences by monitoring channel activity and responding to comments and inquiries, building strong relationships, and enhancing brand loyalty.

  • Protecting the Equiti brand's image on our public facing social channels, collaborating with market analysts, events, copywriters and design to ensure product and brand accuracy.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of social media management tools and analytics platforms.
  • Exceptional communication, organisational and collaboration skills.
  • Data-driven approach with a focus on optimising content for growth and engagement.
  • Energetic, positive, and ambitious attitude; able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Experience Requirements

  • 3-5 years experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, managing multi-platform social strategies.
  • Proven track record of delivering aggressive follower growth through organic strategies.
  • Expertise with TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X, Snapchat, and Telegram.
  • Bonus but not essential: Experience in Arabic and English social media
