Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Manager.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing social media strategy, growing our social media platforms, creating engaging content, increase our online presence and improve our market share.
The Social Media Manager will be responsible for all day-to-day tasks, handling the videographers and editors.

Qualifications
- Experience in real estate is Must
- Onsite Social Media Manager experience (Remote work wont be counted)
- Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to analyze data and metrics to improve performance
- Strong content strategy, writing abilities and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas.
- Knowledge of current trends and best practices in social media
- Experience in managing and growing social media platforms
- Excellent knowledge of Tiktok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and other social media best practices.
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
- Skills in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) are a plus.
