Job Description
Develop and execute social media strategies to drive engagement, brand awareness, and website traffic for our clients.
Responsible for Facebook right management and Facebook monetization
Create and manage social media content calendars, ensuring consistent and timely delivery of high-quality content across various platforms.
Monitor and analyze social media trends, user engagement, and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
Collaborate with the creative team to develop visually appealing and compelling social media content, including graphics, videos, and written copy.
Engage with social media communities and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, best practices, and platform updates, and provide recommendations on how to leverage emerging trends and features.
Monitor social media channels for client mentions, industry news, and relevant conversations, and provide timely reports and insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
Collaborate with the account management team to understand clients goals, objectives, and target audience, and translate them into effective social media strategies.
Desired Candidate Profile
Profile:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager, preferably in a media agency or similar environment.
In-depth knowledge of Facebook right management and Facebook monetization
In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Strong understanding of social media analytics and reporting tools to track and measure the effectiveness of social media campaigns.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging social media content.
Proficiency in graphic design tools and video editing software is a plus.
Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas for social media campaigns.
Strong project management skills and the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Familiarity with SEO principles and content marketing strategies.
A passion for social media and staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices.
