Role Overview

MultiBank Group is seeking a creative and experienced Social Media Manager to take charge of our global social media channels. This role offers the opportunity to shape and execute a dynamic social media strategy, crafting engaging content and building meaningful connections with our audience across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and more.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Strategy and Planning

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with MultiBank Group's business objectives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation.

Social Media Content Management

  • Schedule high-quality, engaging, and brand-consistent content for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, and TikTok.
  • Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and video editors to produce visually appealing content.
  • Adapt content strategies to cater to various regional audiences and cultural nuances.

Community Engagement

  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions promptly and professionally.
  • Build and nurture relationships with online communities, influencers, and followers.

Analytics and Reporting

  • Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, follower growth, conversions).

Brand Advocacy

  • Ensure all social media activities adhere to MultiBank Group's brand voice and guidelines.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the company's vision, values, and offerings effectively.

Requirements

  • Experience: 3-5 years in social media management, preferably within the financial services or fintech sector.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Skills:

  • Proven expertise in managing multiple social media platforms.
  • Strong understanding of social media tools and analytics platforms.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to design engaging campaigns.
