We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will focus on attracting new clients through a variety of marketing strategies and tools, including Google Ads (PPC), Facebook Ads, Instagram, X, email marketing, and more. Additionally, you will play a key role in enhancing our online reputation and customer engagement.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns across multiple platforms to drive client acquisition.
- Utilize Google Ads, Facebook Ads, social media advertising, SEO, email marketing, and other digital marketing tools to maximize reach and effectiveness.
- Strategically manage and optimize marketing budgets to ensure maximum ROI.
- Collaborate with the team to create engaging content that encourages customer reviews on several platforms.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance using social media analytics tools to refine strategies.
- Update and manage email marketing campaigns to align with overall marketing goals and reflect our brand voice.
- Conduct A/B testing and conversion optimization for ads and landing pages.
- Engage with the online community, respond to inquiries, and manage the company's reputation across all platforms.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
About You:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Marketing Specialist or similar role.
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms and best practices.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop unique marketing ideas.
- Familiarity with financial services or B2B marketing is a plus.
- Advanced English.
