Job Summary:

We are seeking a vigilant and responsible Social Media Moderator to monitor

and manage our online communities. The ideal candidate will ensure a safe

and positive environment for all users by enforcing community guidelines,

responding to user reports, and removing harmful or inappropriate content.

The Social Media Moderator will also be responsible for publishing engaging

content on our various social media platforms. They will play a critical role in

maintaining our brand's reputation and fostering positive interactions within

our online communities.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and moderate user-generated content across various social

media platforms, including comments, posts, images, and videos.

Enforce community guidelines and terms of service consistently and

fairly.

Respond to user reports and inquiries in a timely and professional

manner.

Identify and remove harmful or inappropriate content, including hate

speech, harassment, violence, and misinformation.

Collaborate with the social media team to develop and implement

moderation strategies.

Stay up-to-date on platforms policies and trends.

Maintain accurate records of moderation actions and user interactions.

Escalate complex or sensitive issues to the appropriate team members.

Prepare and submit monthly reports on moderation activities and

community insights.

Publish and schedule engaging content on various social media

platforms, ensuring alignment with the brand's voice and marketing

objectives.

Communication and interpersonal skills.

Understanding of Digital Culture and Social Trends.

Critical Thinking and Decision-Making.

Qualifications:

+3 years of experience in social media moderation or customer service.

Excellent written communication skills in both Arabic and English.

Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.

Familiarity with various social media platforms and moderation tools.

High emotional intelligence and ability to remain calm under pressure.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.

Passion for fostering positive online communities.

Familiarity with the Kuwaiti market is a plus.
