- Monitor the moderation team and ensure that their responses and comments align with the brand vision, maintaining a consistent voice and tone across all interactions.
- Work closely with the marketing team, brand team, designers, and other departments to create cohesive marketing strategies and promotional materials.
- 5+ years in social media marketing with a proven track record
