Job Description

We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Specialist to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts. You will be working closely with the Marketing and Sales departments to create engaging content and monitor our social media.
  • Social Media Management:
Manage and administer all our social media accounts and platforms.
  • Develop strategies to increase engagement and reach target audiences for all our different project .
  • Content Creation:
Create and curate compelling content for our daily updates and posts.
  • Ensure content is aligned with our brand's voice and marketing goals.
  • Graphic Design and Video Editing:
Design graphics, edit videos, and create multimedia content.
  • Use tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, and Canvas. Etc.
  • CommunityEngagement:
Monitor and respond to comments and messages.
  • Foster community engagement and manage online reputation.
  • Analyticsand Reporting:
Track social media metrics (e.g., likes, shares, comments, clicks).
  • Analyze data to optimize strategies and campaigns.
  • Campaign Execution:
Implement social media advertising campaigns.
  • Collaborate with other our departments for integrated marketing efforts.
  • StayUpdated on Trends:
Stay current with social media trends and best practices.
  • Recommend and implement new strategies and technologies.
  • Collaborationand Coordination:
Work closely with all team members and levels.
  • Coordinate social media activities with overall marketing calendar.
  • MonitoringCompetitors:
Monitor competitor activity and industry trends on social media.

  • Qualification:
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven work experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role in real estate or related industry is a plus.
Experience with social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
  • Knowledge of SEO, web traffic metrics, and social media best practices.
Excellent copywriting skills.
  • Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video).
Solid knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics etc.).
  • Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for social media and real estate.
* Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
