As a Social Media Specialist, you will play a key role in developing and executing social media strategies that drive engagement, build brand awareness, and foster community growth. You will be responsible for managing our social media channels, creating compelling content, analyzing performance metrics, and staying ahead of industry trends to ensure our social media presence is both effective and innovative.
Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement social media strategies to align with business goals and objectives. Tailor strategies to each platform to maximize reach and engagement.
- Content Creation: Create and curate engaging content for various social media channels including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn and others. This includes writing copy, designing visuals, and producing videos.
Community Management:
Monitor social media channels for customer feedback, engage with followers, and manage online communities. Address inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.Qualifications:
Experience: Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role, with a strong portfolio of social media campaigns and content.

Creativity:
