Job Description:As a Social Media Specialist at Empowering Energy, you will manage our social media channels, develop content strategies, and handle analytics. You will support social media requests, plan initiatives to promote company events, reinforce our brand image, and provide engaging content to enhance user engagement and web traffic.
Stay updated with trends to leverage them for Empowering Energy campaigns.
- Create engaging content with the graphic design team.
Source and transform editorial content, videos, photos, press releases, and reports into digital content.- Generate monthly and campaign performance reports.
Work with design, SEO, paid social, and content teams.
- Use graphic design software to enhance brand loyalty and engagement.
Develop and distribute creative marketing content.- Execute social media campaigns and track ROI.
Network with industry experts and potential clients.
- Analyze post performance and optimize campaigns.
Report new insights and recurring concerns.- Moderate user-generated content according to company policies.
Maintain a consistent content tone and voice.
- Engage with social media users and respond to comments, posts, tweets, and mentions.
Use data to develop strategies for positive engagement.
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.- Minimum of 1+ years of social media experience.
Strong communication skills and ability to develop social responses in line with the brand voice.
- Knowledge of Dynamic Search and Remarketing Campaigns.
Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).- Experience with paid social media tools (e.g., Facebook Business Manager).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong writing and analytical skills.
