Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our brand goals and objectives.
- Create engaging, innovative, and high-quality content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, and TikTok.
- Monitor social media trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to continuously improve our social media strategies and stay ahead of the competition.
- Plan and manage social media campaigns, including content creation, scheduling, and analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Build and maintain relationships with influencers, press, and key industry figures to amplify our brand reach and secure strategic partnerships.
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics and provide regular reports on the performance of social media campaigns, including recommendations for improvement.
- Engage with our online community, respond to comments and messages, and foster positive relationships with our followers.
- Stay up to date with industry best practices and emerging social media trends to identify new opportunities for growth and engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and product, to ensure brand consistency and integration across all channels.
- Stay informed about the competitive landscape, industry trends, and audience preferences to identify new content ideas and innovative social media campaigns.
Job Specifications:
- Bachelors Degree in marketing, public relations, advertising or communications.
- Professional qualification in Digital marketing and social media is an advantage.
- 2 + years of experience working in marketing and social media
- Social Media Channels experience including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Twitter.
- Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a digital media specialist.
- Flexible and adaptable to the dynamic business needs of the retail industry.
- Creative, Customer oriented, Detail-oriented, Time management and organizational skills.
- Very good communication and interpersonal skills
