the marketing efforts for both brands, contributing to their growth and market presence.
Job Overview
We are looking for a creative and trend-savvy Social Media Specialist to manage our social media
presence across all platforms. The ideal candidate will work closely with designers and external
agencies to create engaging content, and will focus on both organic growth and paid campaigns.
This role requires strong collaboration with internal teams, influencers, and external partners to
execute social strategies that align with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, plan, and manage social media calendars for Tathkarah and Pet Point, ensuring content
aligns with seasonal and tactical objectives.
- Collaborate with designers, external agencies, and influencers to create compelling content that
enhances brand engagement and awareness.
- Manage both organic growth and paid social media campaigns across all platforms, including
Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, and others.
- Monitor social media trends and identify opportunities to utilize trends in content creation.
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment with overall marketing goals.
- Analyze social media performance metrics, providing insights and reports to improve engagement
and campaign effectiveness.
- Utilize social listening tools to monitor brand sentiment and engage with the community.
- Build and maintain partnerships with influencers and manage collaborations that align with the
brand strategy.
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media management (industry experience not required).
- Proficiency in both Arabic and English, with the ability to write and read fluently in both languages
(Kuwaiti local tongue is required).
- Proficiency in using social media platforms and social listening tools.
- Strong understanding of social media analytics and reporting.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for trends and how to leverage them for content creation.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to develop and maintain a social media calendar.
- Strong collaboration skills, able to work with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously.
