Key Responsibilities:
- Develop Social Media Strategy:
- Create and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the company's marketing goals and brand identity.
- Identify target audiences, key performance indicators (KPIs), and content themes for each platform (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, etc.).
- Content Creation and Curation:
- Work with the creative team to generate engaging, original content for social media, including graphics, videos, blog posts, and infographics.
- Curate relevant content from third-party sources to support brand engagement and authority.
- Campaign Management:
- Plan and execute social media campaigns, including paid advertising, influencer partnerships, and organic strategies.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize strategies for better reach and engagement.
- Social Media Monitoring and Engagement:
- Monitor social media channels for trends, audience sentiment, and competitor activities.
- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner, fostering positive community relationships.
- Analytics and Reporting:
- Track and analyze social media metrics (engagement rates, impressions, conversions, etc.) using tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, and social platform analytics.
- Prepare regular reports to present insights, progress, and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Trend Analysis:
- Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and algorithm changes in social media platforms to adjust strategies and maintain an innovative approach.
- Collaborate Across Teams:
- Work closely with content creators, designers, and other marketing team members to ensure cohesive branding and messaging across all digital touchpoints.
- Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to ensure that social media efforts align with overall business objectives.
- Influencer and Community Management:
- Identify and build relationships with influencers and key community members to drive engagement and partnerships.
- Manage influencer campaigns, tracking their effectiveness and ROI.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a Social Media Strategist, Digital Marketer, or related role.
- Expertise in managing and growing social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
- Strong understanding of social media KPIs and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking with a data-driven mindset.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with social media advertising (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.).
- Graphic design and video editing skills are a plus.
- Knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics.
