Software AG ARIS Administrator
Duration: 3 months extendable contract

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Software AG ARIS Administrator to join our team for a 3 month extendable engagement in Riyadh. This role involves managing the ARIS platform, supporting business process modeling, and providing technical expertise to align ARIS capabilities with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. ARIS Platform Administration
- Configure, customize, and maintain ARIS components (Designer, Architect, Connect, Publisher).
- Manage user roles, permissions, and access controls.
- Ensure data security and implement backup/recovery mechanisms.
- Perform updates, patches, and system upgrades.
2. Business Process Modeling (BPM)
- Assist teams in using ARIS tools for process modeling.
- Apply BPMN and EPC standards to develop and manage models.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to refine process requirements.
3. Database Management
- Oversee ARIS backend databases for model storage and data retrieval.
- Coordinate with database admins for maintenance and optimization.
- Develop SQL scripts for data extraction, transformation, and reporting.
4. Programming and Scripting
- Develop custom scripts (JavaScript, Python, VBScript) to automate tasks.
- Create custom reports and dashboards.
- Integrate ARIS with other enterprise systems for seamless data exchange.
5. Monitoring and Performance Optimization
- Monitor ARIS performance and resolve bottlenecks.
- Implement scalability and efficiency best practices.
- Generate reports on system usage and health.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
ARIS Platform Expertise
- Extensive knowledge of ARIS components and customization.
- Familiarity with ARIS governance frameworks and extensions.
Business Process Modeling
- Proficiency in BPMN standards and process modeling.
- Strong analytical skills for process improvement.
Database Management
- Experience with relational databases and SQL scripting.
- Understanding of database design and ARIS schema.
Programming and Scripting
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, or VBScript for task automation.
- Ability to design ARIS extensions and custom macros.
Other Technical Skills
- Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks and APIs.
- Experience integrating ARIS with other tools.
