We are seeking a technical leader who can architect test solutions and write high-quality code. You'll design scalable automation frameworks, implement continuous testing, and coach the engineers in best practices for testability.
What will you be doing
- Architect and implement scalable test automation frameworks
- Drive the adoption of test-driven development (TDD) practices
- Design and maintain a comprehensive test automation pyramid (unit, integration, API, UI)
- Implement continuous testing within our CI/CD pipeline
- Develop strategies for effective test data management and simulation
- Introduce chaos engineering principles to improve system resilience
- Mentor engineers on writing testable code and effective test cases
- Collaborate with product and development teams to ensure testability of features
- Analyze and report on key quality metrics and test coverage
What key skills will you bring to the team
- 5+ years of experience in quality leadership and/or test automation
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or Swift
- Expertise in designing and implementing test automation frameworks
- Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions)
- Proficiency in API testing and performance testing tools
- Familiarity with mobile app testing on iOS and Android platforms
- Knowledge of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Experience with distributed systems and microservices architecture
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to debug complex issues
