Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Cloud IVR Implementation: Implement Cloud IVR solutions to enhance communication capabilities.
Client Interaction: Engage with clients to understand their technical requirements and provide suitable solutions.
Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for design and solution implementations.
IVR Improvement: Enhance existing IVR implementations using LUA or XML.
Dynamic Challenge Response: Work under tight deadlines and respond effectively to dynamic technical challenges.
Qualifications:
Over 2 years of experience as a Software Developer.
BS degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Hands-on experience with Linux OS is preferred.
Excellent English communication skills; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
Web development/full-stack experience with popular programming frameworks is an advantage.
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
Experience with IVR implementation using any telephony stack (Freeswitch, Asterisk) is preferred.
Experience working on projects in a cross-functional environment is a plus.
Technical Competencies:
Proven experience with Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) languages like Python, Java, etc.
Proven experience with scripting languages such as Bash, Python, etc.
Familiarity with Software Design Patterns.
Good knowledge of API tools like Postman and Swagger.
Hands-on experience with Low Code Automation Tools.
Strong communication skills.
