Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a software implementer at Tidalsystems in Cairo. The Software Implementer will be responsible for implementing software solutions, configuring systems, testing functionality, providing training to end users, and ensuring successful deployment of the software.

Qualifications

• Software Implementation, System Configuration, and Software Testing skills
• Training end users on software functionality
• Problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a team
• Knowledge of business processes and reporting requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Assist external clients in implementing ERP systems, specifically focusing on Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions.
• Evaluate client needs and develop configurations that align with their business processes.
• Define and execute delivery and implementation plans.
• Participate in pre-sales product demonstrations as needed.
• Deploy programs and manage databases, including MS SQL.
• At least 4 years of experience in software applications implementation, HCM,
• A valid driver's license is required.
